ANTA Sports Products and Hon Hai Precision Industry Co are out in front with six nominations each for the IR Magazine Awards – Greater China 2022, which are set to take place on December 8, 2022.
Close on their heels are China Resources Beer (Holdings) Co, China Unicom (Hong Kong) and Link Asset Management with five nominations each, followed by Central China Real Estate, ESR Group, Kerry Logistics Network, Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China and Xtep International Holdings with four nominations apiece.

The awards event, taking place virtually, will celebrate the stars of investor relations across mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It will follow the IR Magazine Forum – Greater China, which features panel discussions covering key trends and challenges affecting IR professionals in the region.
The awards are split into two categories. The awards-by-research section is based on a survey of portfolio managers, buy-side analysts and sell-side analysts who cover companies in the region. The prizes include best overall IR, best IR officer and best in sector.
The awards-by-nomination section sees companies submit entries covering a range of IR practice areas, from ESG reporting to investor events and use of technology. The winners are selected by a panel of judges.
This year, the panel features:
- Tim Human, senior reporter, IR Magazine
- William Tsang, head of research, Chartwell Capital
- Gabriel Wilson-Otto, director of sustainable investing, Fidelity International
