Nasdaq-listed Bentley Systems, a US-based software development company, has appointed Eric Boyer as its new investor relations officer.
Boyer, who joined the firm in December 2022, brings more than 20 years of experience in IR and equity research as well as knowledge of capital markets to his new role.
Prior to his appointment as head of IR at Skillsoft, Boyer was senior vice president and head of investor relations at former global information services firm IHS Markit.
During his two decades in IR, Boyer has also held roles at Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank and PwC, among others, and he was recognized by The Wall Street Journal’s ‘Best on the Street’ survey for his stock selections.
In his new role, Boyer reports to Bentley Systems’ CEO Greg Bentley.
‘We now welcome Eric Boyer as our inaugural investor relations officer, reporting directly to me,’ says Bentley in a public statement.
‘Eric combines a wealth of experience and strategic acumen to help us create a world-class investor relations function. I look forward to working very closely with Eric to extend and improve our outreach and communications with the investment community globally.’
