Blackbaud has been on a roll at IR Magazine’s US Awards, winning best use of technology and social media in 2019 and rising star for Mark Furlong in 2018. In this video interview, Steve Hufford, Blackbaud’s director of investor relations, talks about the IR team’s use of social media and the extent to which Covid-19 has affected its IR program.
